Is there a fee for converting from Postpaid to Prepaid?
No. However, the balance on the bill should be cleared before your postpaid number is changed to prepaid.
How long will the process take?
This process is usually completed within 24 hrs.
Please note: It is advised to have the conversion made after the contract period has ended to avoid loss of the deposit. Once done after the contract period, you have the following options:
- Apply your deposit to the prepaid number as a top up.
- Use it as a payment towards any outstanding balance on postpaid bill.
- Your deposit can be provided via cheque. Please contact us to confirm that the cheque has been prepared. The usual time frame for the preparation of the cheque is 1-2 weeks.
